The Fraunhofer Institutes in the research area TECHNICAL TEXTILES cordially invite you to the 3^rd “HighTex with Fraunhofer” workshop at the Textile Campus in Münchberg.

Experience the latest developments in textile research – from bio-based synthetic fibers and adhesive-free prepregs to innovative sensor and multi-layer fabrics. Discover new applications for circular needling technology, advances in spinning process simulation, and the technology behind individually and reversibly adjustable 3D orthoses.

A scientist from the Fraunhofer WKI will present a current research project on the use of natural fibers in technical textiles:

SenAD-2 – Machine-learning-based degradation monitoring for asphalt road surfaces with bio-based sensor fabric
