Trade Fair

As in previous years, various departments of the Fraunhofer WKI will present their current research work on hybrid material combinations for buildings, fire protection and renewable raw materials at the Fraunhofer joint stand in Munich together with the Fraunhofer Building Innovation Alliance. Among other things, the scientists of the WKIwill showcase a prototype of a self-supporting, flax fiber-reinforced bridge with a cross-section of five centimeters that sits on timber abutments at Fraunhofer’s joint stand number 528 in hall C2. The BAU 2019 will take place from 14th to 19th January 2019.
