BAUnatour 2019

The BAUnatour is a container-sized, mobile exhibition box which is itself comprised of 90 percent renewable raw materials. With exhibits, brochures and samples and managed by competent consultants, the exhibition sensorially conveys the variety of bio-based building materials, from beeswax to cellulose insulation, from cork through linoleum to wood and much more. The initiators of the BAUnatour are the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) and its project organizer, the Fachagentur Nachwachsende Rohstoffe e. V. (Agency for Renewable Resources, FNR).

From 10th to 16th April 2019, the BAUnatour container will be in Braunschweig at Platz der Deutschen Einheit. The Fraunhofer WKI is participating with exhibits on the topic of “Insulating with renewable raw materials”.
